REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Transcripts, Letter of Recommendation, Report Card and recent passport size photos in hanging folder are required at registration. NOTE: That all these requirements will be Submitted to the VPA Office for a Special interview of the student by the VPA and VPSA before Registration. Old students’ registration process begins August 5, 2024 and ends August 23, 2024; while new students’ registration begins August 16, 2024 and ends August 30, 2024. Late registration fees of $600.00LD will be charged for any student coming after August 31, 2024. All students are required to buy information sheet from the school’s secretary office only

FEEDING FEES PER STUDENT
Nursery to kindergarten feeding will be decided by Parents Teacher Association (PTA). Food will be sold on the campus for all students at affordable prices. ABSOLUTELY no student will be allowed to purchase food outside the campus’ fence or though the fence.
UNIFORM
Only Hill-Ton School of the Future approved uniforms should be worn on campus. The color of the HSF uniform is maroon trousers/skirt and cream shirt from Grade 7 to Grade 12. While, from Grade 6 below girls will use checkerboard jumper with cream shirt approved Hill-Ton School sock only. Grade 4 to 12 will be allowed to study or practice computer this academic year 2024-2025. Students will be allowed to study in the library every period.
Feet wear: Girls: Black shoes with cream socks when wearing the regular uniform on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays wears are physical education (PE) or (ROTC) attire is used. Only (HSF) APPROVED socks and white sneaker are allowed. No dexter or colorful sneakers. All girls’ hair must be braided downward at least eight plaits neatly with no attachment or weave. Senior high division girls to Grade 7 girls wear maroon skirt below their knees, cream blouses with black shoes and cream socks.
Boys: Blacks shoes with black APPROVED (HSF) socks ONLY. Senior high to Grade 1 boys will wear maroon long trouser; cream short sleeves. Uniform for boys will be used Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays wears are physical education (PE) and (R.O.T.C) attire are used. Only black (HSF) APPROVED socks and white sneaker are allowed. No Dexter, colorful sneaker or slipper will be allowed.
WHAT STUDENTS AND PARENTS NEED TO KNOW
1. No phones, electronic devices such as music player or glass bottles with juice or soft drink are allowed on campus. All calls from parents must be made through the office of the principal, registrar and dean of student on those numbers placed at the front of this information sheet.
2. Any student caught with phone, electronic devices or glass bottle with juices or soft drink, the item will be seized and given to the administration and never given back to that student.
3. Students will be expected to use the student identification (ID) card off and on campus.
4. No student will be allowed to wear the school’s track suit when he/she is not authorized. Any student, who violates, will be punished or be sent home for that school day.

Nursery, Kindergarten to 3rd Grade classes runs from 7:45am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday and 7:45am to 2:00pm on Fridays. While Grade 4 to Grade 12 classes run from 7:45am to 2:00pm from Monday to Friday. Parents who fail to pink up their child/children at this hour, a fine of $400.00LD will be charged per hour for overstayed students. Failure to abide by the rules, when the overstayed student is taken to the administration, the charge will increase to $750.00LD meaning from 5:30pm and above.
Non-compliance parents’ child/children will be sent home that is first
offence.
Second offence, the parents will be invited. The third offence, the
administration will take their decision. Know that the fees are paid to
the administration through the security. Parents sending caretaker to
pick up their child/children are to send their identification card (ID)
along, or pass from the school the security of the student is of great
concern.
